4. What is the minimum qty i can order?

5. What is your average production lead time?

6. Do i get any guarantee from your company?

-----2years warranty in case of following situations:

a) Proper handling during operation, correctly forklift handling while stacking/ unstacking.

b) Overloading is prohibited.

c) Environment request--indoor, dry and not humid circumstance, do not touch with any corrosive chemical material (for zin plated and powder coating. no limitation for hot dip galvanized.)

7. What happen in case any quality problem is identified after arrival?
